marisa’s people

  • sal

The ying to Marisa’s yang and the most dedicated sissy. Sal has been anticipating her role as MOH for a few (just 13) years. Sal really wrote in a notebook one time ‘do not let Marisa get to you’ and that’s really all you need to know about how she is continuing to cope with wedding planning while also being in law school.

  • mel

Mel & Marisa together has always meant trouble. This picture is definitely not an indication of how they are together. 100% not. Mel’s bright energy is contagious and she’s the person everyone wants in their corner (especially when you’re ordering shots.)

  • frankie

If you’ve seen this duo at DJais or front row at Jenks… no you didn’t. You can find Frankie in the middle of the dance floor or the nearest elevated surface but if you’re not a dog or a tequila soda, you can take a hike.

  • roe

OG BFFs, neighbors for life and the hostess with the mostess for the engagement weekend. When Roe’s not busy whipping up her famous Jumbalaya, she’s taking the stress off the group by making all the reservations after Marisa says she will do it and definitely forgets 10 seconds later.

  • megan

AKA Meggy Eggy. You can find her and Marisa laughing about something embarrassing one of them just did or sipping espresso martinis. This is also the ultimate grill master/kitchen duo you want hosting your next event, just sayin’. 🥒🍸

  • emily

Distance can’t come between a true friendship and when this Jersey girl moved to Texas, not much changed except addresses for these elementary school besties. Beware, if Come On Eileen is playing, get OUT of this girl’s way! Because you really haven’t lived until you’ve seen Emily & Marisa sing that song.

  • kayla

The girl you want around when you’re in a goofy mood because her laugh is 💯. She’ll probably be clearing the dance floor to stack some cans and do a crazy leg dance move over them. Actually, not probably, definitely will be doing that.

  • kat

No new friends… except for Kat. Marisa and Kat are technically college friends from Marisa’s honorary degree as Seton Hall. These 2 were fast friends and Kat was able to break down Marisa’s wall of only being friends with people she’s known for 10+ years. (And the degree was in drinking for anyone that was confused.)

  • erin

Michael’s cousin and amazing auntie to the new weenie babies, Vito and Valerie. While this dairy-free girly can’t support the cheese portion of Michael & Marisa’s meat and cheese boards, she’s always ride or die for her fam.

michael’s people

  • dan

Michael’s Irish twin and sometimes the older brother. Dan has always been Mike's partner in crime. Whether it be breaking out of the cribs for a late night crawl or carrying each other up 4 flights of stairs in Dan’s 4th floor (walk up) apartment.

  • chris

The youngest of the three boys but in no way the smallest. Chris' love for cars has driven him to becoming a successful business owner and without him, the family’s cars would all be in need of serious detailing. Check out CRM detailing for the best quality service.

  • kevin

The third brother… who was always a bit of a handful. KB is the athlete in the family playing football at Sacred Heart but now you can find KB hanging around the guys telling stories of sacking QBs.

  • john

A lifelong friend. When John and Mike are together you will be entertained. If you are with them long enough you may have to break up a few fake fights or chug a few Bud Lights.

  • ben

From pre-school to the podium. There is not a Jersey shore bar Ben and Mike haven't been to or a live band they don't know.

  • chris

The Italian stallion and one of the nicest guys you will meet. Chris and Mike can really sit down and talk mozzarella and prosciutto with you.

  • braulio

They say the Marines are your second family and it stays that way for life. This holds true when you meet guys like Peña. A brother for life is an understatement.

  • mike

If the Marine Corps did not draw these Mikes together, Jersey would have. Inseparable during their time in the service and having lived together all over the world.

and we can’t forget the parents!

Michael & Marisa are both incredibly blessed to have parents who have supported their relationship from the beginning and who have each been a second set a parents for one another. None of this would be possible without them!
